Exploration by WX Syndicate, Bow Valley and Hemlo including drilling.
Best interval 0.03 ounces per ton over 40 feet.Gold mineralisation with values to 0.63 opt, in diverse environments throughout property.

OPTION AGREEMENT
The property is subject to an option agreement with Lander Resources LLC ("Lander") of Nevada under which Lander meets the costs of maintaining the properties and invests US$150,000 in exploration over three and a half years from April 2003. At the end of that three year period Lander has the option to purchase the property for US$200,000 and Brancote US Inc. retains a net smelter royalty of 2 per cent, 1 per cent of which may be acquired by Lander for US$1 million.

OPTION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
The Option Agreement was amendment April 3, 2006 between Brancote US Inc., Lander Resources LLC, Toquima Minerals Corporation, and Piedmont Mining Company Inc. as follows:

  • Cash payments of $10,000, $10,000 and $20,000 over the next 3 years
  • Option to purchase 100% interest on or before the 6th anniversary date, given all conditions of the agreement have been met, for $200,000 USD less payments made, subject to NSR in original agreement
  • 1% NSR on the “Dome” unpatented mining claims, with first right of refusal to Brancote US Inc.

Lander’s option to purchase a portion of the 2% NSR on the HiHo Property shall not apply to the Dome unpatented mining claims.
